Sometimes, customers have limited space for the installation of standard equipment and modifications have to be made to the chambers in order to adapt them to the customer's existing space. At DYCOMETAL we are aware of these limitations, and our commercial policy is to make flexible chambers adapted to each customer's needs. Through our commercial and engineering department, we analyse the different possible solutions to modify our products and provide the best solution for our customers.

The thermal shock chamber  CRT2V-70/166e adapts perfectly to the space available for it. Designed with the cooling unit externally and positioned at a distance, reducing the need for space in the laboratory itself, but meeting the customer's needs in terms of recovery gradients. Likewise, the chamber is controlled by means of a retractable arm to reduce the space it occupies in the room to a minimum.

Within the automotive sector, there are many vehicle parts with different sizes or that must be tested on dynamic test benches, which makes it difficult to test these parts in a standard climatic chamber. At DYCOMETAL we have been manufacturing external thermal or climatic conditioning systems (generator), in order to be able to test all types of components.

The CETM-60/250g NG thermal generator has been specifically configured under the customer's test conditions. Its heating and cooling performance is designed to meet the most stringent test conditions specified. In addition, its temperature stability and temperature uniformity recovery times were reduced to meet the customer's testing needs. Its mobile and adaptive design allows for the testing of small parts, large volume parts and dynamic test rigs.
