PRODUCT BULLETIN: CETg/AFA-40-250/3360p ,Characterization and endurance test in harsh conditions

In the automotive sector, there are several critical variables to take into account when quality control tests are carried out; these include dynamic trials or mechanicals, as well as the climatic tests, to ensure the functionality of components manufactured in the most actual conditions that the component will find during its life. Often the conditions by which the components will be subjected may come into conflict with the constructions of the own simulation equipment, as for example, a piece of engine, where in addition to mechanical wear, must withstand extreme temperatures below 0°C or above + 200°C.

PRODUCT BULLETIN: CLL-4500e, Rain Test Chamber for Durability Test of Wiper

Wipers aim to provide the driver visibility conditions minimum through the sweep of the outer surface of the windscreen. To do this they must pass a test of endurance and durability under various controlled conditions. During this test, the sweep rate of the wiper should be editable throughout the trial, sprayed water flow will be controlled and such water must have certain conditions of quality. The water flow must be symmetrically distributed on the windshield as well as having a certain temperature. The entire process should be evaluated for a number of cycles in accordance with the rules established.

The CLL-4500e chamber has been designed to introduce the complete windscreen inside of the chamber, so that the test would be the most faithful to the reality. The chamber presents a double wing door with total access to the workspace so that the introduction of the samples is convenient. The vision system of the rain test chamber allows an analysis of the behaviour of the wipers and the water.

PRODUCT BULLETIN: CLIMATIC CHAMBER FOR PHARMA STABILITY TEST ACC. WITH 21 CFR PART 11

The 21 CFR Part 11 is used to permit the possible use of electronic technology in pharmaceutical industry. This rule was developed by the FDA (Food & Drug  Administration), and is divided in two main sections: Electronic Records and    Electronic Signatures. The FDA developed the 21 CFR Part 11 rule to describe the electronic records and signatures requirements so that they are secure.
