LASER-BASED MEASUREMENT OF CONCRETE UNDER STABLE TEMPERATURE CONDITIONS: HIGH-STABILITY OVEN (MODEL AFA-75/1972Te)

A prominent technological center specializing in geology and construction materials approached us, seeking a solution that would allow them to measure concrete specimens using laser technology while the samples were maintained under highly stable temperature conditions.

Their requirements included:
👉 A custom-designed interior.
👉 A temperature range of up to +75 ºC.
👉 A viewing/measurement system on both sides of the unit, equipped with insulated covers for use when measurements are not being taken.
👉 Reinforced, rail-mounted trays to facilitate the easy loading and unloading of samples.

OUR SOLUTION: The AFA-75/1972Te forced-air circulation oven—a high-stability unit with internal dimensions of 1700 x 800 x 1450 mm (H x W x D), designed specifically for the client. The unit features highly transparent glass panels on both sides—comprising 20 windows in total—which allow for the measurement of the concrete during testing. The entire system is managed via a 7-inch color touchscreen interface, supported by dedicated data-logging and control software, with an optional Webviewer feature for remote operation from various devices.
