Our client, a leading manufacturer of piping for the fluid transport sector, wanted to temper hydrogen pipes during tensile testing to evaluate the behavior of the samples under both the forces they endured and at extreme temperatures. It includes a large, highly transparent front and side viewing window. Removable top and bottom ports allow for chamber removal without loosening clamps. All controls are managed via a touchscreen and remote control software, which can be connected to the customer's tensile testing system.

Our client, a renowned independent laboratory specializing in the physical testing and validation of packaging for transport, needed to increase the number of units to expand its climate testing capacity.
The required specifications were:

馃憠 Temperature range down to -40潞C for ultra-freezing tests.

OUR SOLUTION: Based on other models supplied to this client, we opted for two MODUBLOC climatic chambers, models CCK-40/5625T. These chambers have a 5.6 m³ internal volume capacity, a large access door, and a very vertical design to accommodate tall samples. The interior is made of stainless steel, and the exterior is mounted on a frame that allows for easy movement of the entire chamber unit if needed, while also providing a natural cooling zone. Temperature ranges from -40°C to +80°C, with gradients tailored to the client's requirements. All of this is controlled by an advanced touchscreen controller.
