With the rise of online sales, the demand for lockers has increased significantly, and many of these are installed outdoors. Therefore, they must withstand the most extreme weather conditions, ensuring that the opening/closing mechanism functions correctly under the harshest conditions.
 
Our client, a manufacturer of mechanical and electronic locks, needed equipment to perform environmental testing on their products.
 
The required specifications were:

 Our client, a leading mechatronics company specializing in the automotive sector, was looking for several chambers for its new European production plant. This client sought a system tailored to its design and functionality needs, while maintaining environmentally friendly conditions regarding the construction of the refrigeration unit, which had to be based on CO2 (R-744).

The required specifications were:
馃憠 Temperature range between -40 潞C and +180 潞C
馃憠 Custom interior design for testing different types of samples.
馃憠 Excellent ergonomics for sample insertion.
馃憠 Heating and cooling speed greater than 4 K/min, considering a heat dissipation of 3 kW and a mass of 50 kg
馃憠 Environmentally friendly CO2-based unit.
 
OUR SOLUTION: The climatic test chamber with a design specially tailored to the client, our model CCK-48/2000T-2P-10. A chamber with a volume according to the client's needs: 1500 x 1900 x 700 mm (H x W x D), to comfortably accommodate the different samples to be tested. The double door and the shallow depth allow for easy handling of the samples, as well as the placement of the various sensors. These sensors must be registered in the controller itself. Advanced control and control software allow for monitoring all supplied systems.

Our client, an Energy and Materials in Infrastructure and Buildings research group at a European University, was looking for an environmental testing system to study and analyze building components under different environmental conditions, simulating indoor/outdoor and winter/summer environments.
 
What did they need?
馃憠 Two climatic chambers with temperature and humidity control to simulate indoor and outdoor building conditions, with the option of being walkable to introduce sensors, equipment, etc.
馃憠 A large and robust sample holder to separate chambers with different types of insulation.
馃憠 Mobility to allow for the placement of large samples between the two chambers. 
馃憠 Temperature ranges from 0°C to +50°C for indoor conditions.
馃憠 Temperature ranges from -30°C to +70°C for outdoor conditions.
馃憠 Relative humidity control in both test chambers.
馃憠 Synchronized control in both systems, managed by a central system.
 
OUR SOLUTION: The CCKMB2-0-30/15000Te dual-chamber system. An environmental simulation system built with two climatic chambers, one for outdoor conditions and one for indoor conditions, and a mobile sample holder to easily and conveniently position the building component to be tested in the middle, aligning the three systems to prevent leaks at the joints and ensure maximum airtightness. The climatic chambers have a usable volume of 15 m³, allowing easy access for personnel, samples, etc. The control is based on a dual independent system for each chamber, to be able to perform independent temperature and humidity cycles, but all managed from a general PC that can centralize both systems and perform seasonal cycles.

Our client, a renowned independent laboratory specializing in the physical testing and validation of packaging for transport, needed to increase the number of units to expand its climate testing capacity.

The required specifications were:

馃憠 Medium-to-large chamber volume for all types of samples.

馃憠 Modular chamber that could be easily moved if needed.

馃憠 Temperature range down to -40潞C for ultra-freezing tests.

馃憠 Humidity control.

馃憠 High stability and uniformity.

OUR SOLUTION: Based on other models supplied to this client, we opted for two MODUBLOC climatic chambers, models CCK-40/5625T. These chambers have a 5.6 m³ internal volume capacity, a large access door, and a very vertical design to accommodate tall samples. The interior is made of stainless steel, and the exterior is mounted on a frame that allows for easy movement of the entire chamber unit if needed, while also providing a natural cooling zone. Temperature ranges from -40°C to +80°C, with gradients tailored to the client's requirements. All of this is controlled by an advanced touchscreen controller.

This thermal increase not only impacts performance but can also compromise the stability and lifespan of the infrastructure if not properly managed.
 
What is needed?:

OUR SOLUTION: DYCOMETAL has been manufacturing controlled environment chambers for server conditioning since 2017, such as our CCK-0/6264m chamber, a modular chamber with high dissipation capacity and optimized airflow to remove generated heat and maintain the appropriate internal operating conditions for server racks. The chamber has a large door for accessing larger racks, as well as two auxiliary doors for convenient access to the servers from any side of the chamber. It features a reinforced and insulated floor, minimizing heat loss.
The client also requested relative humidity control to ensure controlled conditions across all possible variables.
All of this is controlled by an advanced microprocessor connected to its central control unit and an independent temperature recording system at various points in the rack, guaranteeing maximum stability and uniformity both temporally and spatially.

CLIMATIC TESTING FOR CONSTRUCTION MATERIALS. CCK-30/1500T CLIMATIC CHAMBER

A major European university needed a chamber to conduct climatic tests on thermal and acoustic insulation materials, controlling temperature and humidity. This client already owned freeze-thaw (FTH) chambers from our company and entrusted us with the task of finding a suitable chamber for their needs.

The required specifications were:
馃憠 Medium-to-large chamber volume for all types of samples.
馃憠 Temperature range suitable for construction materials.
馃憠 Humidity control.
馃憠 High stability and uniformity.
 
OUR SOLUTION: The 1500-liter climatic test chamber, MODEL: CCK-30/1500T. This 1500-liter chamber, measuring 1000 x 1000 x 1500 mm (H x W x D), provided ample space for long test specimens. The chamber offered a temperature range from -30°C to +150°C and cooling gradients of 2.5 K/min and heating gradients of 4 K/min, enabling it to perform even some freeze-thaw tests. The CCK-T systems feature extended relative humidity control for conducting tests with more demanding humidity requirements. All of this was controlled via an advanced 7” touchscreen control system and our new totem with an operating status indicator light.

The CCK-40/7866 model is a welded chamber that allows for thermal testing in a temperature range from -40°C to +120°C, as well as conditioning samples under climatic conditions with controlled relative humidity. Airbag deployment can take place inside or outside the chamber, as the chamber is designed to be compatible with a sample extraction/insertion system. All of this is controlled by the advanced microprocessor and remote control software.

NEW YEAR, NEW DELIVERY OF A NEXT-GENERATION CCK-70/1000T CLIMATIC CHAMBER (2026) FOR PLASTIC PARTS IN THE AUTOMOTIVE INDUSTRY.
