ECSS-E-ST-10-03 addresses the requirements for the verification by testing of space segment items and equipment on the ground prior to launch. The document is applicable to tests performed on qualification models, flight models (tested to acceptance level) and proto-flight models. The standard establishes in one of its requirements the environmental tests to which the elements and equipment must be subjected, among which the humidity test (Humidity Test), with temperature control between +2 ºC and +35 ºC and a humidity of 95%.
Our CCK-0/480Te chamber has been designed for specific compliance with this standard. With a high quality stainless steel interior and stainless steel exterior to withstand the extreme high humidity conditions specified by the customer. The humidification system has been developed with both conditions in mind to provide the highest stability and homogeneity inside the chamber. The system is complemented by an advanced control and recording system with remote control software.
