HOW TO TEST LARGE VERTICAL SAMPLES AT POSITIVE TEMPERATURES? AFA-100/1445 OVEN

Our client contacted us because they needed to test large vertical samples and required a forced-air oven to introduce them.
 

The requirements were:
👉 Custom-designed interior with a height of 1700 mm.
👉 Temperature range up to +100 °C
👉 Heating rate of 4 K/min.
👉 Robust structure to support up to 500 kg in less than 1 m².
👉 Ability to perform cooling/heating cycles.

OUR SOLUTION: Our AFA-100/1445 oven, a model designed by and for the client. With interior dimensions of 1700 x 1000 x 850 mm (H x W x D). Robust, with a large door and reinforced hinges to support its weight. The base is sturdy enough to support heavy loads and has leveling casters for easy movement. An air extraction system reduces the temperature inside the stove, and all of this is controlled by a controller with associated software for remote computer operation.
