At Dycometal we are flexible when it comes to modifying our own standard designs, adapting to the requests of our customers, so that they can have the equipment they want.

Like the CETM-50/48T model, a tabletop model adapted vertically to have a control in an ergonomic position, with a reduced volume (48 litres), 400 x 400 x 300 mm (Height x Width x Depth). This model is so flexible that it allows us to have several different designs on the same standard equipment by changing the position of the cooling unit.

CLIMATIC TEST CHAMBER TO COMBINE WITH TENSILE MACHINES , MODEL: CCK-25/85e.

The tensile tests of the materials or samples consist of subjecting a standardized sample to an increasing axial tensile stress until its rupture occurs. This test measures the resistance of a material to a static or slowly applied force. In some cases, the test standards establish that these tests must be carried out under controlled conditions of temperature and humidity. The chamber must be prepared to be able to introduce the jaws so that the sample is inside the workspace itself to be acclimatized.

There are many types and manufacturers of traction machines, so the dimensions of the chambers will be different and will have to be tailored, analysing the space between the columns of the traction machine.

The CCK-25/85e chamber has been manufactured to fit perfectly with a specific traction machine. The oblong pass-walls allow the insertion of the climatic chamber in an easy and simple way. The team also has two sight glasses on the front and side to perform video-extensiometric measurements. The cold group integrated in the chamber itself allows the chamber to be easily installed in the test bench very quickly.

All objects that surround us must be tested under environmental conditions of temperature or humidity, to ensure reliability in storage, transport or operation. More; in sensitive elements such as weapons ammunition, which must be tested both in the laboratory and in the field, to ensure that it does not suffer deterioration under the most extreme environmental conditions.

The temperature test chamber, CET/AFA-0/100/174 is a chamber that allows conditioning the samples in the field or in the laboratory without distinction. Its compact design occupies little space and facilitates the transport of equipment to the field inside a truck or van. Its interior space, is optimized to the maximum to condition the largest number of samples.

PRODUCT BULLETIN: CETM-40/48, Benchtop Temperature Test chamber

Sometimes, the laboratories have space limitation and it’s not possible to install one climatic chamber of big dimensions. Another time, the quantity of the samples to test are not a lot, or the samples are not big, so it’s not necessary a big chambers. For these cases, the best solution is the BENCHTOP CHAMBERS.

DYCOMETAL has developed one line dedicated to these chambers with 4 options of volume: 48, 80, 81 and 125 liters. These equipments have the features of the bigger chambers but in a reduced space.

CETM-40/48 is one example of this production line. The chamber comes with the cooling group placed in the top of the chamber or below the workspace.  The chamber can be manufactured with the same temperature range like the bigger chambers, -70ºC, -40ºC to +150ºC or 180ºC.

The voltage of the chamber could be 220/230 V or 380/400 (other voltage are available).
