A leading global pharmaceutical company focused on medical dermatology contacted us to request a climate chamber for stability testing. The project, initially straightforward, had a unique challenge: the installation space was difficult to access.

The requirements were:

👉 Custom design to facilitate equipment access.
👉 Temperature and humidity control.
👉 Demineralized water reserve tank.
 
👉 4 reinforced trays.
👉 Independent communication with their data logging system.

 

OUR SOLUTION: The CCK-10/695T climatic testing chamber. We redesigned this climatic chamber both internally and externally to allow access to the installation area without compromising the chamber's usable volume. The airflow system was redesigned, placing the technical components on the side of the chamber instead of the rear, without sacrificing usable volume. A vertical space was added for storing tall samples. The interior dimensions are 1240 x 585 x 960 mm (H x W x D). It features a security lock to prevent tampering and a 7” touchscreen control system with data transmission to your recording system.

A major European university was looking for a large-volume stability testing chamber capable of testing two pallets of packaged pharmaceutical products with a total weight of up to two tons. The pallets could reach a height of 1800 mm, necessitating a large chamber. However, the client also required a mobile system that would allow them to relocate the chamber as needed.

 

The required specifications were:

👉 Testing capacity for two European pallets

👉 Transportable design
👉 Capacity to condition up to 2,000 kg of samples.
 👉 Temperature control from +5°C to +60°C
👉 Relative humidity control with dew points from 2.7°C to +45°C.
👉 Reinforced structure to support over 2,000 kg.

 
OUR SOLUTION: A MODUBLOC climate chamber, CCKMB-0/10500. A modular, mobile chamber thanks to its base structure. The interior dimensions of 2300 x 3000 x 1520 mm (H x W x D) allow for the storage of two full pallets, with a reinforced, high-support floor. A double-leaf door provides full access to the testing area. All of this is controlled by an advanced control system compliant with ICH guidelines.
