Another TEMPERATURE TESTING CHAMBER sent. In this case it is a MODUBLOC chamber, model: CETMB-25/6220T, designed for tests on welding stations. A chamber with 6220 liters of capacity. The equipment is designed to be able to compensate all the energy that will be generated inside (7.5 kW) at a working temperature of -10 ºC, also taking into account all the mass inside (160 kg). The whole system will be controlled by a controller based on an advanced touch screen microprocessor with exact control of the PIDs.

The chamber is built with the cooling unit integrated in the same structure, so that all the equipment can be moved later and the installation is easy to carry out.

Often, the space for a climatic chamber is limited and our technical department has to analyse and study the options for the installation of a climatic chamber. This is the case of the climatic chamber model CM-0/4954mT.

In this case, the client had very limited space for the installation of the chamber, so we had to analyse the most suitable options to meet the client's requirements and adjust as much as possible to the useful space. The solution was to position a sliding door to reduce the opening space, place the cooling unit on the ceiling and the equipment chiller on the floor below the room, positioning it at a distance of 10 metres. The chamber has a touch screen control (HMI) as well as a recorder in accordance with FDA regulation 21 CFR part 11.

Pharmaceutical stability chambers can be either compact, modular or walk-in, depending on the number of samples to be tested, but sometimes, compact chambers (600 or 1200 litres) cannot store the desired number of samples to be tested as they are too small in volume. The CM-0/3358m chamber has a small volume but is used to the maximum to be able to contain a large number of samples in parallel for testing. Pharmaceutical products require validation tests under conditions of temperature and humidity, with very long periods for approval.
