FIRST CLIMATIC CHAMBER WITH GWP BELOW 150, CCK-30/648T

We are proud to present the first chamber delivered this year with technology based on a gas with a GWP below 150, in accordance with the new European regulation on greenhouse gas refrigerants that came into force at the beginning of the year (F-Gas).

Our model has been equipped with a refrigeration system based on an environmentally friendly gas with a GWP of less than 150 in accordance with the new regulations. The design has not been compromised in terms of chamber dimensions, and we have maintained the performance in terms of temperature and humidity gradient in order to ensure compliance with our customer’s tests.

In this way, our customers will have the maximum commitment and guarantee of environmental protection with each piece of equipment they purchase from our brand, while maintaining the performance of the chamber.

ANOTHER TEMPERATURE TEST TESTING CHAMBER MODUBLOC, Mod. CETMB-25/6220T

Another TEMPERATURE TESTING CHAMBER sent. In this case it is a MODUBLOC chamber, model: CETMB-25/6220T, designed for tests on welding stations. A chamber with 6220 liters of capacity. The equipment is designed to be able to compensate all the energy that will be generated inside (7.5 kW) at a working temperature of -10 ºC, also taking into account all the mass inside (160 kg). The whole system will be controlled by a controller based on an advanced touch screen microprocessor with exact control of the PIDs.

The chamber is built with the cooling unit integrated in the same structure, so that all the equipment can be moved later and the installation is easy to carry out.

CLIMATIC CHAMBER FOR DRYING CONCRETE SAMPLES, CCKMB-10/2016T

One of the most widely used construction materials in architectural and engineering works worldwide is concrete, whose base is cement, sand and stones (or gravel), thanks to its high malleability, great consistency, low cost and fast drying. It is also a 100% recyclable material and contributes to energy efficiency in buildings. In order to evaluate its different properties in laboratories, the specimens are subjected to different climatic tests of curing, conditioning or drying under controlled environmental conditions.

In DYCOMETAL we have manufactured our CCKMB-10/2016T chamber for drying concrete specimens under controlled temperature and humidity conditions. CLIMATIC TEST CHAMBER FOR NEW COMPOSITE MATERIALS, CCK-0/125T

The industrial sector is continuously researching to create lighter, more efficient and sustainable solutions for mobility. Sectors such as aerospace, automotive, railway, are looking to lighten weights in order to reduce consumption and CO2 footprint, which is why composite materials play a crucial role in new materials. These elements have the advantage of being light, resistant and sustainable, but research, development and validation of the materials are necessary to guarantee the quality and performance of these new materials through tests and analyses. Within laboratory testing, an important test is climatic testing to evaluate the behaviour of materials under different environmental conditions.

Our CCK-0/125T chamber has been manufactured to meet the curing tests of composite materials at high temperature and high humidity, as well as for environmental tests under working conditions of drying, in this way, the specimens will be conditioned to be subsequently tested in physical-chemical tests under different loading conditions. In addition, the chamber has been equipped with a gas with GWP below 150 in accordance with the new F-Gas.
