The space to locate new equipment is one of the elements to be taken into account for a correct configuration of the climatic chambers. If the building is old, the existing space for the equipment is reduced, or if the building is new, it is necessary to correctly plan the position of each piece of equipment to be installed in order to optimise the space as much as possible. To this end, the technical-commercial department of DYCOMETAL analyses the best possible solutions in order to optimise the existing space to the maximum and to be able to offer the client the best solution with the greatest possible volume.

For the configuration of the 3 chambers, CM-0/6760m and 2x CM-0/11050m,for pharmaceutical stability, the best possible configuration was analysed in detail, building the 3 chambers in a single structure so that the space occupied by the equipment could be reduced as much as possible. The high ceiling allows the products to be tested to be stored more vertically, thus facilitating a greater storage capacity in the existing space and under different stability conditions.

Within pharmaceutical stability testing, there are various combinations of temperature and humidity for the validation of pharmaceutical products. For this reason, the climatic chambers must be flexible in their construction and in setting the working instructions, so that when the client wants to change the temperature and humidity ranges, he can modify the parameters without any problem.

The CCK-0/19200m chamber was designed in collaboration with the customer to determine the different possible working ranges in which the customer could work. Its temperature and humidity ranges were extended to allow the customer to cover as many stability tests as possible in a single chamber. The interior volume was calculated to make maximum use of the existing usable space and to provide the largest storage capacity for the existing space at the customer's premises.
