Our
client, a leading European engineering firm, wanted to combine their test
benches with a thermal testing system (hot/cold) to subject parts to both
mechanical and thermal stress, thus verifying their behavior under extreme
conditions.
The
requirements were:
👉 Custom interior
design.
👉 Temperature range
between -60°C and +180°C.
👉 Various side,
ceiling, and floor accesss-ports for integration with the test bench.
👉 Thermal gradients
designed to compensate for large masses.
👉 Large viewing
windows.
👉 Ability to
communicate with their own control system.
OUR
SOLUTION: Our thermal testing chamber, model CETM-70/2700T-2P. A system with an
internal volume of 1500 x 1500 x 1200 mm (H x W x D), with all the technical
components located on the right side of the chamber, allowing for seamless
integration into the client's test bench. A total of 9 access-ports are
distributed along the left side of the test chamber, as well as in the ceiling,
floor, and rear. All of this is managed by our 10” touchscreen control system,
which can also communicate with the client's existing system.
