OKTOBERFEST IS HERE, BUT... DID YOU KNOW THAT BEER ALSO UNDERGOES ITS OWN ENVIRONMENTAL QUALITY CONTROL TESTS?

It’s true; beers undergo specific environmental tests to check their resistance to oxidation and aging reactions triggered by rising temperatures. Radiation is used to assess hop degradation and verify the glass's ability to filter out light radiation. These tests involve "forced aging"—known as accelerated stability testing—which recreates, in just a few days, the harshest real-world conditions the product might face during distribution and retail.

Typical system specifications include:
👉 High load capacity.
👉 Temperature range up to +40ºC.
👉 Irradiation system.
👉 Food-grade stainless steel construction.
👉 Multiple shelves.

OUR SOLUTION: The AFA-30/1000e refrigerated chamber, designed specifically for accelerated testing by beer manufacturers. This high-capacity system features six height-adjustable stainless steel shelves, allowing for flexible positioning based on sample size. Stable and uniform temperature control (up to +40ºC) is maintained throughout the test duration, while a rear-mounted lighting system enables degradation testing. The entire system is managed via a user-friendly controller.
