The
sensors installed in water pipes (temperature, humidity, pressure and caudal)
must be evaluated in order to verify their performance along the time. The test
must be done, not only in the sensors, if not in the associated electronics.
For that, it is manufactured a special accelerated aging bench. This equipment
simulate the environmental conditions under the sensors will work along their
useful lifetime.
The
test combines the simultaneous performance of one climatic simulation and a
water circuit with controlled variables: temperature, pressure and caudal.

Forced air freezers have their application field in
the conditioning of samples, the fast freezing of liquid substances and thermal
fatigue studies. They are used in several markets like: building materials,
plastics, rubbers, etc.
The advantages over the static freezer are: the
airflow, the faster cooling velocity, the temperature recovery times and the higher
stability. These equipments could be custom manufactured in different volumes

PRODUCT BULLETIN: CCK-25/180c, Carbonation Chamber
The carbonation is the pH loss when the atmospheric
CO2 reacts with the humidity of the concrete samples, generating an acid
atmosphere. This process happens all days, and affects to the reinforced
concrete and induces the corrosion of the steel. The structures could suffer a
serious damage.
Carbonation tests will be done in modified chambers
with CO2 detector/analyzers with the possibility to detect the CO2
concentration in different range of temperature and humidity. It’s recommended
manufacture the chamber with a robust stainless steel alloy because the gas of
the reaction are corrosive, for example AISI 316.

PRODUCT BULLETIN: CCK-45/8000, Climatic Chamber for VW Tests
Two of the most difficult tests to comply in the
automotive markets are the VW PV 1200 and VW PV 2005 standards. These standards
require a specific control of the humidity during the cycle.
CCK-45/8000 is a climatic chamber with big dimensions to
introduce several samples at the same time. The exterior system of the car has
big dimensions, so the chamber has been designed with a big width to introduce
the samples easily. The removable ramp facilitates the introduction of the samples
to the workspace.
