The salt spray chambers allow evaluating the behaviour
of materials and coatings against corrosion. It is not a simulation test, but a
quality study test against a humid atmosphere with a specific concentration of
NaCl. When the pieces are too large or too heavy for a standard salt spray
chamber, the best option is a large-volume salt spray or walk-in chamber, which
will allow the samples to be entered comfortably.

Walk-in Salt Spray Chamber has been designed for large part sizes and weight.
The special plastic coating that presents the interior of the chamber, allows protecting
the chamber from the corrosive agents that will be generated during the test.
The door allows the passage of the pieces inside the chamber without any
difficulty of access to the interior of the chamber. In addition, the roof of
the chamber is made at an angle so that water droplets do not fall on the
sample, according to the norm. Several salt spray nozzles are positioned on the
sides of the chamber so that the salt spray is evenly distributed inside the
chamber .
