ETM-70/1728, THERMAL TEST CHAMBER FOR HIGH-TECH GLAZING TESTING.

At DYCOMETAL, we know that high-tech glazing must perform in the most demanding environments. That's why our climate chambers allow for thermal verification tests that evaluate glass behavior under extreme temperature cycles, thermal gradients, and real-world service conditions. These tests are key to guaranteeing safety, durability, and reliability in high-level applications such as the aerospace, naval, and armored vehicle markets, where every detail counts and failure is not an option.

Our DYCOMETAL CETM-70/1728 chamber has been completely custom-built to operate in TWO MODES. One is an INDOOR MODE where samples of different sizes are tested inside the chamber itself on removable reinforced trays. A second mode (OUTDOOR) uses an empty chamber to test the thermal properties of a frontally positioned sample. The chamber generates extreme environmental conditions to verify the insulation's performance. This allows for a complete simulation of exterior and interior environmental conditions, as well as the glazing's behavior under varying temperatures. All of this is achieved with linear thermal gradients under a 600 kg load, ranging from +80°C to -50°C. The entire process is controlled by an advanced microprocessor with remote control software for recording and reporting.
