to arrive at a product that guarantees the safety of the driver, this equipment
must be subjected to the strictest environmental tests. One of these tests to
be carried out is the dust resistance, where it will be ensured that the
airbags have an adequate sealing against the entry to the dust particles,
degree of IP protection.
The thermal test chamber, CP-2500e, has enough space to carry out
the leak test for several airbags at the same time in parallel. The chamber is
configurable in its parameters to be able to modify the control according to
the regulations to be tested. The chamber is prepared for various tests from
different manufacturers, so that a single chamber can be used by multiple manufacturers.
