The new digital revolution, transport safety and decarbonisation are the major challenges facing the rail sector today, and these technological challenges are being met to ensure up-to-date rail mobility that provides a better passenger experience. To this end, trains, trams and metros have new safety, surveillance and infotainment systems that have to be tested for climatic resistance to extreme temperatures in thermal test chambers, such as our standard model CETM-40/300T.
The CETM-40/300T model is a standard volume model in our portfolio, but in this case, the client wanted to have a little more power, compensating the energy generated by their equipment both in stabilities and in the cooling and heating ramps, so the power of the equipment was slightly increased. The camera also had a programmable logic output, so that the camera could be controlled remotely by the client’s own system.
