Large-Volume Climatic Chamber for Automotive Plastic Component Testing, CCK-45/3600-2P

At DYCOMETAL, we remain committed to developing high-performance solutions for the most demanding quality testing requirements. We have recently developed a new large-capacity climatic chamber, specifically tailored to meet the needs of the automotive plastic industry, where component validation under extreme environmental conditions is essential during the approval process.

Technical features adapted for large-size parts

This chamber features an internal volume of 3600 liters and an optimized internal width, designed to accommodate and test large plastic components, such as interior panels, consoles, bumpers, and structural parts.

The system offers a wide temperature range, from -45ºC to +150ºC, allowing simulation of both cold and hot extreme environments. Additionally, it is equipped with an integrated humidity control system, essential for accurately reproducing real-world conditions and assessing the hygrothermal behavior of plastic materials.

Optimized design for efficient integration

One of the key advantages of this chamber is its compact structural design, with the refrigeration group installed laterally. This layout enhances portability, reduces the footprint required for installation, and simplifies maintenance operations — all without compromising thermal performance or test uniformity.

The chamber is fitted with an advanced control unit, allowing flexible programming of thermal and climatic cycles, along with precise data logging for both temperature and humidity — enabling full traceability and post-test analysis. As with all our developments, the system complies with international standards and can be customized to meet specific customer requirements.

A robust and reliable solution for quality control in the automotive sector

This new chamber joins our portfolio of solutions designed for quality control and validation of automotive components, a field where standards are increasingly demanding and where the durability of plastic parts is tested under harsh temperature and humidity conditions over extended periods.

At DYCOMETAL, we bring technology to quality assurance. For more information about this model or any of our solutions for the automotive industry, please don’t hesitate to contact our technical and commercial team.
