Climate Simulation: Ensuring Reliability in Rail Transport. The railway industry demands the highest standards of quality and reliability. Every component must function perfectly under the most adverse conditions. Environmental testing is essential to ensure that these systems meet passenger safety requirements, as safety components must operate at extreme temperatures, from -40°C to +60°C.
The DYCOMETAL CETM-40/99225mT thermal test
chamber has been designed to test large and heavy components thanks to its more
than 99 m³ of usable capacity. Due to the size and weight of the samples to be
tested, the chamber design includes an easily opened, single-leaf sliding door
for convenient sample loading. Operating temperatures range from -40°C to
+70°C, allowing samples to be subjected to the most extreme temperature
environments. The system also includes our modern totem unit, which integrates
the control panel and a large status light for enhanced visibility.
