PRODUCT BULLETIN: CCK-0/630, CLIMATIC CHAMBER FOR BUILDING MATERIALS

The building materials have to be tested under conditions of resistance to demonstrate the hardness of the materials to suffer the environmental conditions, but before the samples are tested under resistances parameters, they must to be cured in a climatic chamber under controlled conditions of temperature and humidity.

The design of the CCK-0/630 is perfect to introduce the samples with a high   ergonomics. The cooling group is placed in the top of the chamber in order to give a full access to the entire workspace, from the ceiling to the floor of the chamber. The two regulators allow an easy configuration of the temperature and humidity parameters.

European regulation, F-Gas, relative to the coolant fluids, has established that, from the 2020, refrigerant gases with a GWP (Global warming potential) higher than 2500 will not be used more, affecting to the gas R 404 A. This gas has been used by thermal and climatic equipment manufacturers, and must be replaced by other gas with a GWP of less than 2500.

Dycometal, in your eagerness of development and protection of the environment, will replace the R-404A gas to all them systems that will be manufactured starting from the 1 of March of 2017, complying with them European directives and maintaining the standards of quality and specifications.

PRODUCT BULLETIN: WALK-IN Humidostatic Chamber for Corrosion Tests

The corrosion tests by condensation are oriented to know the behavior of the samples under conditions of high humidity and high temperature, checking if there is some type of defect in the protection facing an accelerated study. The most common standards are: ISO-6270-2 and ASTM D2247, BS 3900,… The typical humidostatic chambers are small to do test to a big samples like some automotive components, so it’s is necessary to do the test in a bigger chamber, walk-in chamber. 

CHMD-7436 is a humidostatic chamber prepared for the big samples.  Reinforced floor allows introduce heavy samples, and the walk-in configurations facilitates the placement of the samples (big or smaller). Dycometal offers a customized solution for this kind of chambers.

PRODUCT BULLETIN: CCK-40/383e, Climatic Chamber for Test Benches in Automotive Industry

Some automotive components must be tested in vehicle position under environmental conditions in a test bench to check its performance and wear against the mechanical movement and the temperature and humidity. For a better integration in the trials environmental, the climatic chambers must adapt is to the design of the Bank of trials.

CCK-40/383e has been manufactured according with the needs of the test bench. The chamber has access port to permit the access of the axes to the workspace where the samples are tested. The control box is placed separately of the structure of the chamber. The chamber is communicated with the software of the test bench manufacturer to control all the parameters.
