THERMAL BRAKE TESTING CHAMBER FOR VEHICLE BRAKES, CETM-70-615Te

One of the main safety systems of vehicles, if not the most important, are the brakes of a vehicle, which will withstand extreme conditions throughout their useful life and have to be tested to verify that they work correctly in the most extreme environmental conditions. But one of the points to take into account when building a brake test chamber is that brake fluid is corrosive, which means that the chamber must be made of top quality materials.

Such as our CETM-70/615Te chamber designed for brake tests in extreme temperature conditions from -70ºC to +150ºC, made of high quality stainless steel both inside and outside. A chamber designed with a double door (front and rear) so that the test bench can be accessed from both sides. It also has various access ports to allow the different mechanical elements of the test bench to be inserted. And due to the volume occupied by the test bench, the air flow was adapted to make it as optimal as possible. All of this is controlled by a 7’ touch screen controller with remote control and test management software.

CLIMATIC CHAMBER FOR THE CONSERVATION OF VOLATILE PRODUCTS, CM-0/129700

The industrial sector uses volatile elements for the development of final products, found in elements such as solvents or certain materials or components. These types of products must be stored under controlled temperature and humidity conditions to avoid risks. Taking into account the amount of material to be stored, the conditioned areas must have a large volume and adequate safety conditions for temperature and humidity conditioning, which is why modular climatic chambers are sometimes used, in order to have the elements close to production and to be more effective in terms of transport logistics.

Our chamber CM-0-129700, with a capacity of 129.7 m3, has a high load capacity, guaranteeing the required temperature control conditions to ensure stable conditions during product storage. In addition, the system has ATEX safety elements in its configuration in order to avoid any problem with the different volatile elements that may occur during storage.

FORCED AIR CIRCULATION OVEN FOR IEC 60068-2-2 TESTING, DRY HEAT, AFA-100/2000 2P

Accredited product certification laboratories have a wide range of environmental testing equipment available to verify the resistance of materials and products to environmental stress. These laboratories will certify that products meet and exceed international standards for safety, performance and functionality. One such standard is IEC 60068-2-2, Dry Heat, which aims to determine the suitability of components, equipment or other items to be used, transported or stored at high temperatures, both dissipative and non-dissipative.

Our forced air circulation oven model AFA-100/2000 2P, with internal dimensions of 965 x 2,000 x 1,000 mm, has sufficient space to test electrical appliances, consumer electronics, medical devices, luminaires, low voltage components, etc. With two viewing windows and interior lighting, it allows samples to be viewed during the test. Its advanced microprocessor-based control has an associated Ethernet communications port with software for remote control and data processing.

SOLAR SIMULATION CHAMBER FOR AGING TESTS ON BUILDING MATERIALS, CL-294

Solar radiation is one of the main degradation factors for different materials exposed to sunlight. An accelerated ageing test using solar simulation will allow the durability of construction materials or raw materials, etc. to be assessed. This type of accelerated tests can control the energy radiated on a surface, as well as the temperature, allowing to simulate the climatic conditions that will degrade the materials outdoors and to verify that there is no non-conformity in the product.

Our CL-294 chamber has been designed to be able to carry out solar simulation tests under controlled temperature environments. Its interior dimensions of 600 x 700 x 700 mm have been studied to have a certain area of irradiation on a reinforced tray. In addition, its reflective interior improves the interior irradiation conditions. The solar simulation system consists of a powerful lamp positioned above the test chamber at a certain height to guarantee irradiation. The temperature is controlled by an advanced microprocessor to guarantee specific environmental conditions.

CLIMATIC TEST CHAMBER FOR NEW COMPOSITE MATERIALS, CCK-0/125T

The industrial sector is continuously researching to create lighter, more efficient and sustainable solutions for mobility. Sectors such as aerospace, automotive, railway, are looking to lighten weights in order to reduce consumption and CO2 footprint, which is why composite materials play a crucial role in new materials. These elements have the advantage of being light, resistant and sustainable, but research, development and validation of the materials are necessary to guarantee the quality and performance of these new materials through tests and analyses. Within laboratory testing, an important test is climatic testing to evaluate the behaviour of materials under different environmental conditions.

Our CCK-0/125T chamber has been manufactured to meet the curing tests of composite materials at high temperature and high humidity, as well as for environmental tests under working conditions of drying, in this way, the specimens will be conditioned to be subsequently tested in physical-chemical tests under different loading conditions. In addition, the chamber has been equipped with a gas with GWP below 150 in accordance with the new F-Gas.

CLIMATIC CHAMBER FOR DRYING CONCRETE SAMPLES, CCKMB-10/2016T

One of the most widely used construction materials in architectural and engineering works worldwide is concrete, whose base is cement, sand and stones (or gravel), thanks to its high malleability, great consistency, low cost and fast drying. It is also a 100% recyclable material and contributes to energy efficiency in buildings. In order to evaluate its different properties in laboratories, the specimens are subjected to different climatic tests of curing, conditioning or drying under controlled environmental conditions.

In DYCOMETAL we have manufactured our CCKMB-10/2016T chamber for drying concrete specimens under controlled temperature and humidity conditions. A large volume chamber, built on a metal structure to have mobility and to be easily moved. In addition to providing greater ergonomics for the pieces. Since up to one ton of samples will be tested, the chamber has a reinforced structure, as well as reinforced trays to place the samples inside. Its advanced touchscreen-based control allows users to easily and conveniently access test information.
