UNE-EN-60068-2-2, Driy Heat Test – Ovens

The objective of this test is determine the capacity of the electronic equipments to be storage or used under high temperatures.

For this purpose is used the Bd test (dry heat test for samples with low variation of temperature) recommended the standard UNE 135401-2 EX, which is found in the standard EN 60068-2-1.

The test will be done with the equipments in their máximum configuration and load in a workspace with enough dimensions to do tests. The minimum several of temperature will be 60ºC. The manufacturer could opt for certify a lower temperature, between the defined standards

The minimum exposure to a lower temperature will be 16 hours, from the stabilization of the chamber.
