HOW TO PROPERLY TEST PAINT DRYING UNDER CONTROLLED CONDITIONS? CCK-25/125T CLIMATIC CHAMBER

A client in the paint industry encountered a problem:
👉 They needed to validate a drying time recording system.
👉 But they lacked a controlled environment to guarantee reliable results.

The challenge wasn't just introducing the equipment…
It was ensuring:
• adequate airflow
• stable temperature and humidity conditions
• sufficient space for the system and the samples

OUR SOLUTION: the CCK-25/125T. A compact unit with an interior space of 500 x 500 x 500 mm provided ample room for both the recorder and small samples. It offered a testing temperature range of -25°C to +150°C and climate control between 10% and 95% RH, parameters that met the client's requirements. The standard two trays increased the load capacity for both samples. Furthermore, its small external dimensions allowed it to fit perfectly within the available laboratory space. All of this was managed by our advanced control system, based on a touchscreen and remote PC control software.
Our solutions are tailored to our clients.
