To big lights, DYCOMETAL, has developed a special equipment to do the rain test The equipment is manufactured by a drip box (IPX1 and IPX2), two rain arcs and showers (IPX3 and IPX4). We have provided  also the use of the circuits for 5 and 6 degree test. The control of the systems comes commanded by a powerful microprocessor, which regulate wáter spray time, the measure of the wáter flow in l/min, and electrical feed to the sample by the connection box in the rotating plate.

CETM-40/8502m -Temperature Test Chamber for Airbag Test

The airbag explosion tests can be carried out both inside the thermal test chamber and outside it by means of a sample extraction system, so that the explosion is carried out quickly. Both methods are accepted, but some vehicle manufacturers prefer the explosion system inside to minimize the loss of conditioning of the sample.

The test will consist of carrying out the explosions of the airbags in 3 different temperatures, after having reached stable temperature conditions for a while. These explosions will be filmed using a high-speed camera, in order to carry out a passenger safety study.

The thermal test chamber, CETM-40/8502m, is a chamber designed to perform airbag explosion tests inside the chamber itself, so that the climatic conditions with the door openings are not lost. Its large windows around the camera allow filming the explosions effectively and at different angles, making a complete study.

Climatic Test Chambers reproduce controlled temperature and humidity conditions under, simulating the environmental conditions that the samples will find during its lifetime.

Its construction depends of the dimensions and number of samples to test and the trial that the customer wants to reproduce inside.

The capacity of compact chambers does not allow the storage of a large number of       samples, so the solution passes through a walk-in chamber.

CM-0/3358m is a modular chamber devised to reduce the space of the chamber in the laboratory taking account a maximum space to test the samples. These samples are placed in the shelves placed at both sides of the chamber. The four levels give a high capacity to storage all type of samples, from the smaller to the bigger. The chamber is configured to do all type of tests for the cardboard and paper industry with controlling the temperature and humidity..
