DETECTION OF PREMATURE FAILURES IN ELECTRONIC COMPONENTS, BURN-IN TEST. AFA-100/768

Our client, a major manufacturer of electronics for telecommunications satellites, already had 7 AFA-100/768 ovens, but due to increased production, they needed to expand the number of environmental tests under controlled temperature conditions, ensuring proper functioning during component development.
 
The conditions they were looking for were similar to the previous ones:
👉 High stability and reproducibility.
👉 Oven with a large vertical load capacity.
👉 4 large-diameter through-wall ports for probe insertion.
👉 Programmable start/stop of the test.
👉 Communication with a central PC for control and recording of all ovens via software.
 
OUR SOLUTION: The same system we previously supplied. Three (3) AFA-100/768 ovens with internal dimensions of 1200 x 800 x 800 mm (H x W x D), featuring high temperature stability. This robust system boasts a high vertical load capacity and, thanks to its associated software and communication port, allows for centralized control of all ovens on one or more PCs simultaneously, enabling parallel monitoring and recording of all systems.
