AFA-200/490, FORCED AIR CIRCULATION HEATING OVEN BUILT ACCORDING TO AMS2750.

CCK-70/300T, NEW CLIMATIC CHAMBER SUPPLIED WITH THE NEW DYCOMETAL DESIGN.

At DYCOMETAL, we continue moving forward and innovating!

We have just delivered the first CCK-70/300T chamber featuring our new design, marking a significant step in the evolution of our climatic chambers.

This updated model includes a completely redesigned front totem, which not only brings a modern aesthetic but also integrates a 7” full-color touchscreen for intuitive and user-friendly control.

The totem also features an LED lighting system that indicates the chamber status through color signals, improving visibility and operational safety.

Inside, the CCK-70/300T incorporates a new air diffuser, engineered to enhance temperature and humidity uniformity.

The chamber is equipped with a mechanical door lock with safety key, ensuring secure operation in all environments.

Additionally, this version offers an optional webserver system, allowing remote control of the chamber from any connected device.

CET-0/86, THERMAL TEST CHAMBER FOR THE AUTOMOTIVE INDUSTRY.

Not all environmental tests in the automotive industry are so extreme that they need to reach temperatures of -40ºC. When parts will not be subjected to such adverse temperatures, the test temperature ranges can be reduced to verify the behavior of components under ambient temperature changes. This was the case for our client, who requested a thermal test chamber with a reduced volume but with certain specific features.

The CET-0/86 chamber was designed with a custom internal volume of 86 liters, measuring 500 x 430 x 400 mm (H x W x D), according to the client's specifications. The temperature range is adjustable from 0ºC to +120ºC, with a refrigeration unit using environmentally friendly gas and a temperature gradient of 2ºC/min. In addition, the client requested six through-wall fittings of varying diameters and a viewing window with projected lighting. The chamber was configured for a 230V power supply to facilitate installation in the laboratory.

CCKMB-45/4000T, MODUBLOC CLIMATE CHAMBER WITH CO2 (R-744) COOLING FOR ELECTRONICS.

DYCOMETAL continues to take firm steps towards innovation and sustainability. Today we are pleased to announce the upcoming delivery of a new unit in the CCK-T-CO series, our line of environmental test chambers that focuses on more efficient and responsible cooling.

The star of the show is the CCKMB-45/4000T, equipped with a CO (R-744) cooling system, fully compliant with the requirements of the new European F-Gas regulation.

This technology not only reduces environmental impact but also offers exceptional technical performance, ensuring high precision in climatic conditions for quality, aging, reliability, and other critical testing processes in sectors such as automotive, electronics, aerospace, and scientific research.

The CCK-45/4000T climate chamber has a large volumetric capacity. With a temperature range from -45ºC to +70ºC, and controlled relative humidity from 15% to 90% RH, according to customer needs. Its double-leaf door allows access to the interior of the chamber for large samples. And thanks to its double viewing window, samples can be viewed from any position. Thanks to the CO2 (R-744) refrigeration system, gradients of 2 K/min can be achieved, all controlled by a 7” touchscreen and software connected to an external PC.
