HIGH GRADIENT FORCED AIR OVEN FOR HIGH LOAD TESTING IN THE AUTOMOTIVE INDUSTRY, AFA-200/1200T-6

In the automotive industry, quality control is not an option: it is a strategic pillar. Every motor, every coil and every electrical system must pass demanding thermal endurance and continuous operation tests to guarantee its performance in real conditions of use. In this context, we incorporated a forced air circulation cooker as a fundamental part of the thermal testing laboratory for the development and validation of induction motors.

Our model AFA-200/1200T-6 with an interior volume of 1200 usable litres is adapted to test heavy specimens up to 1100 kilos, thanks to its reinforced floor in the central position. In order to be able to load such heavy samples, the system is equipped with a rail access that allows the sample to be easily introduced by means of a trolley. The system allows for positive temperature cycling, all controlled by a 10″ touch screen. For alarm management, a GSM module is installed for alarm notification via SMS. To prevent the sample from being damaged, an independent sample safety thermostat is installed.

CLIMATE CHAMBER FOR PACKAGING QUALITY CONTROL WITH CLIMATE TESTS, CM-0/1500 1P

 Every day millions of packages are moved around the world in every country with different climatic conditions, but have you ever considered that for your package to arrive correctly the packaging in which it is sent has to pass climatic conditions to verify its resistance? The climatic conditions of each country are different in terms of temperature and humidity throughout the year and the packages are stored, transported and delivered in environmental conditions that can range from negative temperatures in winter to high temperatures and humidity in tropical areas. It is therefore necessary to test the different packaging to ensure that the material will withstand the goods and guarantee their safety.

The CM-0/1500 chamber has been designed to test packaging. With one door, it is a climatic system with a capacity of 1500 litres of internal dimensions: 1000 x 1000 x 1500 mm (height x width x depth), which allows tests from small samples to large assembled boxes thanks to its large front loading capacity and its useful space. The system has two shelves as standard, with the possibility of extending the number of shelves at a later date. Its simple control based on dual controllers allows the operator to select the temperature and humidity of the test without much hassle. In addition, the system has associated software for recording the test and reporting. To facilitate the installation, an external water tank was installed to supply the chamber with demineralised water.

THERMAL TEST CHAMBER FOR AIRBAGS DEPLOYMENT, CETM-40/7501mT

 Airbags are one of the most important safety elements in the automotive industry, so these parts must be tested to ensure the safety of drivers and passengers in environmental conditions. The testing of airbag modules involves placing samples in a climatic chamber and conditioning them at positive and negative temperatures. After the samples have been conditioned for a period of time, the airbag is deployed. This deployment can occur inside or outside the chamber.

Our CETM-40/7501mT chamber has been designed with a sliding door in order to make the door opening as fast as possible so that the airbag can be deployed externally and filmed at high speed. The door opening is fully automated and synchronised with the external software. The camera allows testing in positive, ambient or negative temperatures. All this is controlled by a microprocessor with a 10″ touch screen and remote management system, with integrated software.

 Con la llegada del buen tiempo, sol, calor, días largos..nos apetece estar más en la calle y disfrutar de una bebida refrescante en una terraza de un bar, pero…¿Sabía que la cerveza debe de pasar estrictos controles ambientales para verificar cómo se ve afectada por el calor o la radiación solar? Hay que garantizar que la cerveza no pierda sus propiedades a medida que se va calentando a temperatura ambiente.

Nuestro armario calefactor AFA-30/1000e ha sido diseñado específicamente para el cliente y los ensayos ambientales para control de calidad. Con unas dimensiones muy verticales (1.880×1.200×425 mm Al x An x Fo) permite colocar en su interior desde pequeñas a grandes botellas, gracias a sus 6 estantes de acero inoxidable regulables en altura. La cámara permite controlar la temperatura desde la temperatura ambiente hasta +35ºC manteniendo unas condiciones estables y uniformes. Además, para evaluar la degradación a la luz solar se instalan luces en la parte trasera de la cámara para poder analizar el comportamiento frente a la radiación solar. Todo ello controlador mediante un controlador sencillo de manejar.

HIGH GRADIENT THERMAL TEST CHAMBER FOR THE AEROSPACE INDUSTRY, CETM-70/1500T-5

Did you know that there are small satellites with all the functions of a conventional satellite? Such satellites do exist, and they are widely used for missions in sectors such as communications, navigation and earth observation. Their advantage lies in the fact that they are easier to put into orbit, cheaper, but with large capacities. Femto-satellites or nano-satellites, as they are called, must also pass environmental tests to guarantee their operation in extreme conditions, which is where our environmental test chambers come into play.

Our CETM-70/1500T-5 is a high gradient climatic chamber specifically designed with gradients for a maximum of 5°C/min under load, so that samples can be subjected to a rapid thermal test. The chamber has 12 wall pass-throughs, 6 on each side of the chamber and was supplied with 3 reinforced trays in order to be able to test the maximum number of samples at the same time. In addition, the equipment is prepared to prevent the formation of water during the cooling/heating cycles. All this is controlled by a microprocessor with a 7″ colour touch screen.

CLIMATIC CHAMBER FOR MICROELECTRONIC SYSTEMS, CCK-70/180T

CLIMATE CHAMBER FOR TESTS ACCORDING TO ECSS-E-ST-10-03, FOR THE AEROSPACE INDUSTRY, CCK-0/480Te

 ECSS-E-ST-10-03 addresses the requirements for the verification by testing of space segment items and equipment on the ground prior to launch. The document is applicable to tests performed on qualification models, flight models (tested to acceptance level) and proto-flight models. The standard establishes in one of its requirements the environmental tests to which the elements and equipment must be subjected, among which the humidity test (Humidity Test), with temperature control between +2 ºC and +35 ºC and a humidity of 95%.

CLIMATIC CHAMBER FOR DIFFERENT CONSUMER PRODUCT TESTS, CCK-70/1000T

If you are a service company dedicated to testing consumer products and you want to acquire a new climatic chamber to offer environmental tests, what volume and features do I request for this new chamber?
