The CET-40/38e test heat generator has been designed to provide precise thermal control in a wide range of testing applications. With exceptional heat generation capability, this device is capable of temperatures from -40 °C to 100 °C, making it suitable for a wide variety of applications.

The 38-liter test enclosure has been designed exclusively to be combined with the servo-hydraulic system, adapting perfectly to the existing space between columns. Its internal dimensions: 290 mm x 440 mm x 300 mm (Height x Width x Depth), have been calculated to test different sizes of parts.

EXTERNAL CONDITIONING UNITS

External climatic conditioning units or climatic generators are independent and movable units which allow acclimatisation of external enclosures under temperature and humidity conditions by connecting insulated hoses which supply air to an insulated enclosure positioned at a distance.

The climatic conditions shall be monitored in the external test enclosure by means of probes positioned internally or in the supply/return hoses.

Our SSC- Salt Spray Chambers are one of the most demanded products by our customers, being the SSC-400 NG one of the most sold products thanks to its aesthetics. From Dycometal we have made both aesthetic and technical adjustments in our star model, SSC-400 NG.

The new salt spray chamber has a light grey plastic casing, with a light grey plastic canopy, to give the system a more modern touch. The control is still based on a colour display/recorder, which allows data to be recorded and exported to an external computer so that reports can be made on the tests carried out.

CMC TEST FREEZER

Ceramic Matrix Composites (CMC) are used in the aerospace industry for their high temperature resistance, light weight and mechanical strength, which is why they are often used in aircraft brake discs, engines and parts. CMC can withstand high temperatures, but it is also necessary to verify its behaviour at low temperatures.

For this reason, our CV-25/2000 2P freezer makes it possible to test parts of different sizes at temperatures as low as -25 ºC, thus verifying the behaviour of the samples at temperatures of -25ºC.

FORCED AIR CIRCULATION OVEN FOR BURN-IN

CHAMBER FOR ENDURANCE TESTING OF AUTOMOTIVE PARTS

Many automotive parts are tested on test benches under controlled temperature conditions, so that the behaviour of the part under the most adverse environmental conditions can be verified. To do this, a chamber has to be built around the sample to be tested, taking into account the different actuators and elements to simulate the working conditions of the sample. Such as the endurance test.

For this type of test, we have manufactured the CETM-70/100T chamber, adapted for interconnection with a test bench thanks to its heated side ports. The system is prepared to carry out tests between -40ºC and +120ºC at speeds of 2ºC/min, taking into account a mass of 50 kg of steel.

CORROSION CHAMBER, ISO 6270-2

Within corrosion testing, there are different types of tests: salt spray, condensation, sulphurous atmosphere or cyclic corrosion. One of the main standards for condensation tests is ISO 6270-2, applied for paints and varnishes. This standard establishes 3 types of test conditions (CH, AHT and AT). IEC-60068-2-2 STANDARD, Dry Heat Test – Ovens

The purpose of this test is to determine the ability of the equipment to be stored or used at high temperature, both for elements with or without energy dissipation. Both the temperature and the duration of the test can be variable, depending on the manufacturer and according to the points recommended by the standard.
