 In the automotive sector there are many components that have to be tested to verify their performance under the most extreme conditions, with electronic and electrotechnical components being among the most important components in a sector that is becoming more and more technologically advanced.

Our CETM-70/1500T-9 chamber has been developed for our customer according to his needs. With a low loading height for easy loading and working, the equipment has 8 removable trays for easy handling of the samples. In the thermal section, the chamber allows stress cycling (ESS) thanks to its cooling and heating speed of 9 K/min.

SPECIAL STRESS SCREENING CLIMATIC CHAMBER (ESS), 15 K/min – AIR COOLED

Our equipment is so special that it is completely custom-designed, such as the CCK-70/343T-15 model, a completely custom-designed chamber, from the interior of the chamber modified according to the customer’s needs and positioned at an ergonomic working height, through a 10″ control screen, a 15″ screen-based PC system and wall pass-throughs according to the specifications required by the customer. An air-cooled chamber with a cooling and heating rate of 15°C/min between +75°C and -45°C taking into account the customer’s mass and air-cooled.

CLIMATE CHAMBER BUILT ACCORDING TO THE CUSTOMER’S NEEDS, MODEL: CCK-40/1000T-6

Climatic chambers can be built according to customer requirements. Inner dimensions, outer dimensions, temperature ranges, humidity conditions, etc. can be changed. One of the most demanded points is the modification of the standard temperature gradients of the equipment, i.e. the cooling and heating speed. All our systems are completely flexible, being able to change any option of the equipment under the advice of our technical team. Such is the case of the chamber that we present below, the CCK-40/1000T-6. This chamber has a gradient of 6 K/min in cooling and 8 K/min in heating, keeping the other conditions unchanged: interior volume, interior dimensions, temperature ranges, etc.

STRESS SCREENING CHAMBER (15 K/min), FOR ELECTRONICAL COMPONENTS – AIR COOLED. MODEL, CETM-70/1000T-15

High-gradient testing, or ESS, in the development of electronic components serves to detect defective components by "stimulation", not "simulation", by overcoming the expected environmental conditions that the samples will undergo. 

The thermal test chamber model CETM-70/1000T-15, has been configured according to all the customer's needs. With a 10" touch screen control panel, it allows precise control of the temperature parameters. Due to the customer's installation, the chamber had to be air-cooled, with the cooling unit positioned at a distance of 25 metres. It also has an additional 15" control panel with integrated software for powerful analysis in the chamber itself.

CLIMATIC TEST CHAMBER FOR THE STUDY OF PHOTOSENSITIVE SENSORS, MODEL: CCK-40/300T

There are a considerable number of sensors for measuring all kinds of physical or chemical parameters, among which there are some sensors that can be photosensitive, where light can affect their performance. These sensors, as well as those that are not affected by light, must be subjected to climatic and thermal tests, to verify their performance under extreme conditions, but with the proviso that they must be climatic tests without the presence of light. For this purpose, the climatic chamber is built with a blind door, without a window, so that light access to the test chamber is reduced to a minimum. In addition, other parameters are taken into account to avoid possible reflections inside the chamber.

The CCK-40/300T climatic chamber has been modified to reduce the possible entry of light as much as possible, so that the sensors are not affected. It also has the capacity to control the climatic variables necessary to stress the electronic boards and photosensitive sensors.

TEMPERATURE TEST CHAMBER FOR AMMUNITION FIELD TESTS. MODEL, CCK-70/125

Within the quality control of armament ammunition, there are various types of environmental tests: thermal, climatic, solar radiation, corrosion, etc., with thermal tests being one of the most common. During these tests, the parts are subjected to both positive and negative temperatures, and this test has to be carried out both in the laboratory and in real field tests, where the sample is tempered before being used under the indicated conditions. In order to temper the samples, it must be possible to take the chamber to the field.

TEMPERATURE TEST CHAMBER FOR HEAVY SAMPLES IN ELECTRONICS, MODEL: CETM-25/1296e

The electronic samples can be small microchips or large iron blocks, but the size does not matter, as they have to be tested in sub-zero and above-zero temperature conditions to verify their thermal resistance, whether they are small samples or large, heavy samples.

The design of the thermal test chamber CETM-25/1296e is based on the premise of being able to test large heavy specimens up to 750 kg. Its horizontal design allows the specimens to be loaded by means of a bridge crane, with a door large enough for the specimens to be placed safely. Its ergonomic design allows the chamber to be controlled from the side of the chamber, and the front wall pass-throughs allow access to the customer's own sampling probes to be positioned on the sample.

PRODUCT BULLETIN: THERMAL SHOCK CHAMBER AIR TO LIQUID, CRT2VT-25


The AIR to LIQUID thermal shock chamber subjects the test samples to greater stress. The chamber has a double compartment, in the upper zone the air is conditioned at a certain temperature and in the lower area there is a thermostated bath of controlled temperature, between + 2ºC and + 5ºC. The pieces will move through a basket between both compartments suffering the stress process, simulating splash conditions, dives, etc. The sample will move between both compartments to verify that it does not suffer any fracture, crack or apparent damage.

The thermal shock chamber, CRT2VT-25 has been designed for the production process (R&D), so that the most extreme conditions that the samples can supported are analysed. The samples will be tested in the hot zone and go down to the water bath, if the sample doesn’t suffer any damage, then the temperature of the heating zone will be increased and repeat again the operation until the samples suffer a damage.

PRODUCT BULLETIN: CCK-45/10000/10 NG, High Gradient Chamber without LN2 (ESS)

The current environmental testing, increasingly have become more demanding in the gradients of temperature that will be submitted the piece. One of the most commonly used tests is currently the trial of accelerated stress or Stress Screening (ESS), during which the part to be tested is subjected to high gradients of cooling or warming. These gradients will submit the samples to high degrees of stress, so that you can check if there is any type of defect in them thus ensuring the quality of the piece and thus avoiding returns during the warranty period.

CCK-45/1000/10 NG has been developed under the guidance of the client, where has been taken into account the more stylized design of CCK NG chambers. Temperature Test chamber

Temperature tests are done in order to simulate the accelerated thermal fatigue with controlled cooling and heating.

It is necessary to use temperature chamber to do these tests. These chambers simulate the temperature conditions along the life of the elements to be tested. The volumes vary from the smallest benchtop chambers to the biggest modular chambers or walk-in chambers.

Stress Screening Chamber, CCK ESS Series

The environmental tests are more exigent in temperature change rates. One of the most common test are the accelerated stress tests or Stress Screening (ESS); during these tests the sample to be tested must to endure high temperature change rates cooling and heating.
