MODULAR CLIMATIC CHAMBER (WALK-IN) FOR TESTING AUTOMOTIVE COMPONENTS, CCK-40/11216mT

Do you want to test large automotive components or a large number of them at the same time to reduce testing times? The solution is a modular or walk-in test chamber, with a volume that matches the space available for your installation. This allows you to test heavy components, large batches of samples or large parts.

The CCK-40/11216mT climatic chamber has a temperature range from -40ºC to +85ºC, with gradients of 2 K/min (cooling and heating). The chamber has been configured with a usable interior volume of 11,216 litres, with interior dimensions of 1900 x 1880 x 3140 mm (H x W x D), with a double door of 1850 x 1500 with observation window positioned in a door at an ergonomic height for the users with interior lighting. The system is completed with a control system based on a colour HMI and remote control software.

CLIMATIC OR THERMAL TEST CHAMBER FOR ELECTRONIC COMPONENTS, CETM or CCK-40/125T

A widely supplied equipment in the electronics sector for small/medium components, is our model CCK-40/125T (climatic) or CETM-40/125T (thermal). It is small in size, but has enough space for several samples in parallel. Its vertical design has an ergonomic position to introduce the samples, and the standard wall pass-through can feed them. In addition, this chamber has an average gradient of 3 K/min in both heating and cooling and a temperature range up to +150 or 180 ºC, which allows it to easily perform burn-in or infant mortality tests of electronic components.

The system is controlled from an easy to operate touch panel control, storing test records, and through the communications port the entire system can be controlled via the logging and control software.

ADVANCING TOWARDS A TECHNOLOGICAL SOLUTION IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE NEW EUROPEAN REGULATION

The European F-Gas Regulation, F-GAS (2024/573) has brought with it some changes to the GWP limit, with 150 being the limit for installing stationary refrigeration equipment from 1 January 2025. This will mainly affect all climatic or thermal chambers based on refrigeration gases that are currently being installed, having to be modified in order to comply with this new regulation and limit.
