The control system allows for the implementation of cooling programs using the air renewal system and an alarm system to notify when the test has finished. The control and recording software allows for the storage of tests for each batch via Ethernet communication.

The CETM-30/8249mT thermal test chamber has been developed to perform tests from -30°C to +80°C on complete lubrication systems weighing up to 400 kg and with a maximum dissipation of 1.2 kW, compensated by the thermal test chamber. The chamber features a door with a large observation window that provides natural light to the test chamber. The system is completed with an alarm beacon and a safety lock to prevent the door from being opened during testing. A ramp allows for sample access using a manual pallet jack. In addition, three ports of different sizes were installed for inserting probes and sensors. All of this is controlled by our 7” control system integrated into our totem with a status light.
