The oven has been designed to be transported in a test truck, being able to condition the samples during transport and in the field by means of a generator set. Its horizontal design allows easy access to the samples in an ergonomic way and its reduced size allows the equipment to be placed in a small truck for easy transport.

Within pharmaceutical stability testing, there are various combinations of temperature and humidity for the validation of pharmaceutical products. For this reason, the climatic chambers must be flexible in their construction and in setting the working instructions, so that when the client wants to change the temperature and humidity ranges, he can modify the parameters without any problem.

The CCK-0/19200m chamber was designed in collaboration with the customer to determine the different possible working ranges in which the customer could work. Its temperature and humidity ranges were extended to allow the customer to cover as many stability tests as possible in a single chamber. The interior volume was calculated to make maximum use of the existing usable space and to provide the largest storage capacity for the existing space at the customer's premises.

AIR TO LIQUID THERMAL SHOCK CHAMBER ACC. WITH VW 8000 AND RENAULT 34-09-020, MODEL: CRT2V-166e

The standards VW 80000, Section K-13 "THERMAL SHOCK IMMERSION" and RENAULT 34-09-020 "AIR-LIQUID THERMAL SHOCKS", are specifically developed for electrical and electronic components, which are mounted below the wading level of the vehicle. Both standards serve to ensure the functionality in case of immediate cooling by temporary immersion of the component. The test shall consist of a homogeneous heating of the part, followed by immersion in salt water at a given concentration for a given time, with complete immersion of the specimen. After this cycle, it shall be analysed if the component has suffered any damage or if water has entered inside.

The CRT2VT-166e thermal shock chamber has not only been developed to meet all the requirements of the above test, but has also been designed to perform more stringent tests on the temperature of the immersion water and the salt water concentration, according to the customer's requirements.  Likewise, the chamber has been built in different parts, adapting to the space that the client had for it.

TEMPERATURE TEST CHAMBER FOR HEAVY SAMPLES IN ELECTRONICS, MODEL: CETM-25/1296e

The electronic samples can be small microchips or large iron blocks, but the size does not matter, as they have to be tested in sub-zero and above-zero temperature conditions to verify their thermal resistance, whether they are small samples or large, heavy samples.

The design of the thermal test chamber CETM-25/1296e is based on the premise of being able to test large heavy specimens up to 750 kg. Its horizontal design allows the specimens to be loaded by means of a bridge crane, with a door large enough for the specimens to be placed safely. Its ergonomic design allows the chamber to be controlled from the side of the chamber, and the front wall pass-throughs allow access to the customer's own sampling probes to be positioned on the sample.

The thermal shock chamber  CRT2V-70/166e adapts perfectly to the space available for it. Designed with the cooling unit externally and positioned at a distance, reducing the need for space in the laboratory itself, but meeting the customer's needs in terms of recovery gradients. Likewise, the chamber is controlled by means of a retractable arm to reduce the space it occupies in the room to a minimum.
